Guest Confirmation and Cancellation Policy Update
As you know, your 2007-2008 Member’s Directory included important changes to Guest Confirmations and the Cancellation Policy. While many of these program changes have been in effect since August, 2007, a few updates were postponed so that we could focus on delivering your online reservation system.
With the reservation system in place, we will soon be implementing the following program modifications:
* Limited Account Points will be eliminated. All points returned to owner accounts from a cancelled reservation will be Cancelled Reservation Points. The Cancellation Policy may be viewed on your interactive Member’s Directory.
* All FairShare Plus Members will receive 1 complimentary Guest Confirmation each calendar year; VIP Members will receive 5; Gold VIP will receive 10; and Platinum VIP Members will receive 15 for each million of eligible points.
* Guest Confirmation fees will increase from $25 to $49. View the Guest Confirmation Policy.
